Austin, Texas - February 10, 2010 - Satdaya LLC, an up and coming deaf owned association of internet business professionals, unveils its new website. Serving B2B and B2C markets, it is an entirely virtual company, with partners and associates managing a worldwide network of contractors, clients, and internet businesses.

The association employs a revenue sharing system similar to legal firms. All revenue is split among associates who perform the fulfillment work (eg., billable hours), associates who performs the sale (account managers), and the association. The association manages and pays for all overhead costs out of their share of the revenue. Anything left over after is profit, 50% of which is re-invested back into the business, and the remaining amount is distributed to partners.
Jim Macfadden, advisor and partner, is optimistic that this innovative business model will succeed, "Our revenue sharing system may make it challenging to recruit, because there are risk elements involved.
