Satdaya associates are independent minded, entrepreneurial, and self-starters. We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

• Account Executives / Web Consultants
• Marketing Director
• HR & Training Manager (job description coming soon)

• Office / Communications Fund - Associates begin receiving $350-500 in reimbursements for qualified expenses per month, after three months trial.


• Opportunity to become Partner - Either excel at your job, get promoted to oversee that area for all our internet businesses, or establish your own internet business with our support.

Requirements:

• High quality and standards. Expects nothing but excellence from self and others.


• Experience, experience, experience. School smarts, street smarts, whatever kind of experience, you gotta have some.


• Performs on deadline. Do one (or a few) projects with us as an independent contractor, for evaluation.


• Reliable and independent. Proven ability to work from home on a consistent schedule, and requires minimal supervision.


• Ability to work online. Comfortable with using online communications and web software such as; shared documents and spreadsheets, email, IM, chat groups, videoconferencing, teleconferencing.

We typically do not invite anybody to become an associate until they have proven themselves while doing work as an independent contractor. If you're a proven superstar with an excellent track record, you can skip this process and become an associate. If we are duly impressed but not certain, we will do a project together.
